The things my detergent doesn't remove are a very few stubborn grease/oil spots. I remove them with dawn dish soap (name brand). Blood is also difficult to get out. As needed I just use peroxide. (Peroxide works ok..). Her version might be better for this problem as it has oxi-clean in it. Can't say I really paid attention to enzymes in detergent.
